All site content — text, photography, product imagery, the Host Handbook and digital hosting guides — is owned by ROCK SALT CATERING & EVENTS LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Table Club digital guides and printables are licensed to members for personal, non-commercial use while their membership is active. You may not resell, redistribute or claim them as your own.

When you send a gift message, enquiry, or preferences through The Host Match, you keep ownership of that content. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely to fulfil your request — for example, to print a gift message or generate a recommendation. We do not use your submissions to train models.

Please do not submit content that infringes anyone else’s rights. We may remove or decline any submission that appears unlawful or infringing.
